Pre-Season Training

A better athlete makes a better volleyball player! Pre-Season Training will be held 3x per week and focus on developing quickness, agility, vertical and prehab (correcting muscles imbalances in order to prevent injury).


Dates: Aug 5th-Nov 2nd (Mon, Tue, Sat)

Times:   Mon:  6-7pm & 7-8pm 

               Tue: 6-7pm & 7-8pm 

       Sat: 8am-9:30am
