A better athlete makes a better volleyball player! Pre-Season Training will be held 3x per week and focus on developing quickness, agility, vertical and prehab (correcting muscles imbalances in order to prevent injury).
Dates: Aug 5th-Nov 2nd (Mon, Tue, Sat)
Times: *Mon: 9am-10:30am (*8/5 & 8/12), 6-7pm & 7-8pm (2 sessions available beginning 8/19)
